"Infinity Mother"

August 2006 This is inspired entirely by the Modest Mouse song, "Interstate 8". The refrain reminds me powerfully of my mother, who had black hair when she was young, and loves amber. I love her lots, but she's also one of the people that causes me the most grief (as the case is with mothers, I guess), so the lyrics describe her well for me. I wanted to color this, but haven't really gotten to it. Obviously. So what's with the weird bunny-horse? |
