July 2007 Made during my metals and jewelry class at the Summer High School Program at Snow Farm. This was super-shiny when I'd just finished it: I took it up to, like, 4000 grit sandpaper or something ridiculous like that. Now it's all scratched up because I wear it all the time, but it was super-shiny for a while. It's formed silver and copper (sweat-soldered on), and green patina was applied to said copper. I've got a thing for making squiggly sea creatures out of metal. |
