"Moss Bubble"

July 2007 Made during my glassblowing class at the Summer High School Program at Snow Farm. This is basically a thick-sided bubble that had one end flattened and then sucked in a little - the lip isn't even ground. I am not a glassblower. But it's cool because there's moss actually living inside it, along with some flameworked animals that Rhawen made, all of which I got inside there using glassblower's tweezers. |
